Arrive in Negombo and check into your hotel. Spend the afternoon exploring the Negombo Fish Market, one of the largest and most vibrant fish markets in Sri Lanka.

Relax on the famous Chilaw beach or have a beautiful beach stroll (avoid swimming in the sea because the surf may be fairly choppy and dangerous).

Day 02,03,04 -
Sigiriya (Dambulla Cave Temple, Village tour, Sigiriya Rock Fortress, Ayurvedic SPA, Minneriya Safari).
Visit Sigiriya, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a 5th-century rock fortress that is famous for its ancient ruins.
Then we will visit the Dambulla Cave Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to over 500 caves with Buddhist paintings and sculptures, then we will go on a jeep safari in Minneriya National Park and see the elephants up close. Enjoy an Ayurvedic spa treatment. Check into the Hotel.

Day 05,06
Nilaveli (Relax on the beach, Pigeon Island, Koneswaram Temple)
Relax on the beach in Nilaveli, and then go on a day trip to Pigeon Island National Park. Dive into the clear waters and explore the underwater world.
We will also visit the Koneswaram Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Shiva. As it is a tourist and local attraction.

Day 07,08
Mahiyanganaya (via Polonnaruwa ancient city, following day Boat ride at the sunrise in the Sorabora lake, Hike to the Rathna Ella waterfall, Traditional lunch in the village)
Visit Mahiyanganaya, a town located in the central highlands of Sri Lanka. We will also see the Mahabodhi Temple, a sacred Buddhist shrine that is said to be the first temple built in Sri Lanka.
To kickstart the day, we will go on a boat ride at the sunrise in the Sorabora lake.
If you thought the adventure ends here, we have many more to go! After seeing the mesmerising sunrise, we will start our hike to the Rathna Ella waterfall, a beautiful waterfall with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
To end the day, you will be able to enjoy a traditional lunch in the village.
