ITINERARY
Day 01 & 02 - Arrival / Bar Reef (Kalpitiya)
Upon arrival in Kalpitiya, check in to the Bar Reef Hotel, a beautiful beachfront property with two-bedroom villas and seven cabanas. Spend a few days relaxing at the hotel or go on excursions like whale watching, snorkelling, and safaris.
Travel Highlights
Check into the Bar Reef Hotel and spend the day lounging on the beach, going for walks, or swimming or snorkelling in the water.

Take a boat excursion to the deep sea to witness dolphins and whales in their natural environment.

Take a brief journey to view the pristine woods and unusual fauna.

Explore the gorgeous lagoons filled with mangrove trees on a peaceful boat cruise.
Day 03 - Kalpitiya / Leopard Trails (Wilpattu)
After Kalpitiya, head to Wilpattu National Park and check in to Leopard Trails, a luxury-tented camp. The camp is rustic yet comfortable, with a khaki and neutral colour scheme. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. In the afternoon, go on a safari in Wilpattu National Park, the largest forest reserve in Sri Lanka. The park is home to a wide range of wildlife, including leopards, elephants, and birds.

Check into Leopard Trails and enjoy the surrounding woods' natural splendour.

Spend time photographing the woodland and the fauna that visits the region.

Take an exhilarating game drive through Wilpattu National Park to observe the incredible wildlife that roams the forest reserve.
Day 04 & 05 Wilpattu / Wild Grass (Sigiriya)
After Wilpattu, check in to the Wild Grass Hotel in Sigiriya, a luxury resort with 8 villas on a 30-acre forestland. Visit Mihintale Rock, Ritigala Mountain, and Pidurangala Rock, which are all sacred Buddhist sites. On the 5th day, climb Sigiriya Rock and visit the Dambulla Cave Temple.

Day 06 & 07 Sigiriya / Ashburnham Estate (Kandy)
From Sigiriya, head to Kandy and check in to the Ashburnham Estate, a boutique hotel in the foothills of the Knuckles Mountain Range. Go on a trek through the cloud forests, waterfalls, and rivers. On the 7th day, take a tea tour of the hotel's own tea estate and learn how tea is made. Relax at the estate and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

Day 08, 09 & 10 Kandy / Gal Oya Lodge (Gal Oya)
From Kandy, head to the Gal Oya Lodge, an eco-friendly retreat in the Gal Oya National Park. Go on a walk, trek, and visit a waterfall. On the 10th day, visit Gal Oya again to see the birdlife and go on a game drive to see elephants.

Take a stroll around Gal Oya and do some sightseeing.

Day 11, 12 & 13 Gal Oya / Mobile Tented Camp (Kumana)
From Gal Oya, head to a mobile tented camp in Kumana National Park, a hidden gem for wildlife lovers. Go on safaris to see the park's amazing population of migratory birds and other animals.

Take a guided trip or a walk around the camp area to appreciate the beauty of Kumana National Park.

Take a morning game drive in the national park to observe the many animals, reptiles, and birds that live there.

Day 14 & 15 Kumana / Lady Hill (Galle)
From Kumana, head to Galle and check in to the Lady Hill Hotel, a 100-year-old hotel with stunning views. Relax by the pool, enjoy great cuisine, and go on a guided tour of the historic Galle Fort.

Spend a few days lounging by the pool, going on walks, or sampling some delectable food.

Day 16 Galle / Rainforest Eco Lodge (Sinharaja)
From Galle, head to the Sinharaja Forest Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the last remaining tropical rainforest in Sri Lanka. Check in to the Rainforest Eco Lodge, a sustainable hotel with 16 chalets built using recycled materials. Go on a guided trek to see the rare plants, mammals, insects, and reptiles that live in the forest.

Day 17 & 18 Sinharaja / Rock Villa (Bentota)
From Sinharaja, head to Bentota and check in to the Rock Villa, a 170-year-old bungalow with 6 bedrooms. Relax at the villa, explore the gardens and mangroves, or go for a boat ride, fishing, or beach day.
Travel Highlights
Spend some time resting at the beautiful Rock Villa in Bentota.

Take a stroll around the 2.5-acre property, admiring the tropical gardens and mangroves that dot the landscape.

Head to Bentota's beach side and spend some time relaxing by the sea.

Take a calm boat trip to explore the nearby lagoons or try your hand at fishing.
Day 19 Departure
After Bentota, head to Colombo, a vibrant city with great restaurants, malls, casinos, and nightlife. Spend some time in Colombo, then pack your bags and head to the airport. We bid farewell and hope you enjoyed your trip to Sri Lanka.
